Homebuyer Education

Homebuyer Education classes are held the first Saturday of every month from 9am-4pm.  This class offers a variety of information on the homebuying process and is often a requirement for many financial assistance programs. 

 

Topics in the Homebuyer Education help you address the following issues:

 

  • Is owning a home right for me?
  • How do I buy a home?
  • What are the costs involved with homeownership?
  • How much can I pay for a house?
  • How much can I afford?

The cost of the course is only $125. After you purchase a home you can receive a $25 rebate for the course fee by submitting your closing documents within 30 days of closing.
